My Students

My students are eager to learn. They have big personalities and lots of smiles to give. They are easily excitable and perform well when given a creative task.

We are a Title I school, therefore many students are not able to afford extras and are left at a disadvantage when those extras are needed.

It is my duty as their teacher to give my students every possible chance to a great education. I would love to see them develop at a dazzling rate as we move forward this school year.

My Project

This project will allow each student to have their own book in hand and to experience each genre with a really well-written and award-winning book. Each month we discuss and cover a different genre. Having a class set for each genre is so helpful. These books are just what the kids need to succeed during this difficult era of covid concerns. Each book will provide an experience in which the kids will never forget and enhance their desire to read more. They come away from each book we read together awestruck and wanting more!
