My Project

When students get the "jiggles" out, they are able to focus on learning and becoming more independent people. Trampolining can help children improve their balance, coordination, and motor skills. It can also help children learn to control their arms and legs while bouncing.

Trampolining can help children develop social and emotional skills through team building, cooperation, and communication.

For many of my students, they require a high Sensory regulation schedule. Utilizing a trampolining can help with sensory regulation, improve concentration by allowing them to just get that "nervous energy" out.
