Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to be motivated and live through the eyes of T.V. series and social media. Therefore, this year we want to explore their motivation in creating a Newspaper Club! This newspaper club will help students with journalism, learn valuable skills, and student discovery. While incorporating, writing, editing, designing, photographing and healthy gossiping. This newspaper club will make the difference in my middle school students finding passion for writing and exploring primary sources. These cameras, room decorations and hoodies will make all the difference in helping students bring their writing to life by capturing moments (photograph) in their community and inside the school to write about.
