Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help us transform our wellness space into a home away from home! The Class of 2027 Wellness Team is made up of two dedicated counselors, an attendance teacher, and a social worker. Together, we collaborate within the Wellness Office to offer comprehensive social emotional, and academic support to our students, ensuring they feel supported and valued during their time with us.

Creating thoughtfully designed spaces that feature comfortable, inviting furniture and soothing décor can significantly enhance students’ comfort levels and foster emotional openness in discussions and activities around mental health.

Adding comfortable chairs, rugs and plants will help in our efforts to decorate for a warm, approaching space. Our goal is to cultivate an open and welcoming environment in our wellness space, and we’re seeking your assistance to achieve this vision!
