My Project

Music is more than just sound—it’s a gateway to creativity, history, and self-expression! Music can inspire young students to create, explore who they are, and learn new skills.

This project will provide my students with new books that explore the lives of jazz legends, teach piano skills, encourage singing, and promote kindness through music!

Having access to these books will educate, inspire, and ignite a lifelong passion for the arts in my students.

We will use these books daily in our music lessons. The piano books will be helpful for our piano unit, and the Jazz books will be used throughout the year to introduce students to diverse composers and musicians. Every note begins with knowledge—help us turn the page!
