This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Next school year I will be starting a club to teach kids how to sew and mend. This sewing machine will help us get started as a club and will help me teach students how to properly use a machine.

I have a brother sewing machine at home and know that it is of good quality and worth it to give our students a head start into the world of sewing.

This sewing machine will be the beginning to a new generation of kids knowing life skills like sewing and mending from being part of the sewing club.
