This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are eager to learn, and I have requested a variety of literacy materials for them to use in class. The double-sided magnetic letter tiles would be great for the kids to use to identify letters as they build and create. The alphabet puzzle will help reinforce letter recognition and make one-on-one correspondence with uppercase and lowercase letters as they connect the puzzle pieces.
The kids in my class are bright-eyed and eager to learn as much as possible.
Picture books are always a must in the early childhood classroom. I have requested a variety of books, such as “How to Catch a Dinosaur” and “How to Catch the Easter Bunny”, which are rich in vocabulary with colorful illustrations that draw the reader's attention. The education of my student's matters, and I want to give them a variety of learning experiences.
