My students always look forward to lab days in Physics and IPC class. They come to class eager to learn and always ask for details about the next lab or project. They are eager to learn about how things work through experimentation with hands on activities. I always strive to relate all of my teaching to real world applications to better prepare my students for the next stage of their life.
My Project
These are the awesome physics demo items that I wish I had in my classroom to help students understand science and engineering concepts. Most of the time I do my best to describe the concept in words and then I find a you tube video to help them understand more. With demonstrations like these it takes the learning experience to another level and encourages the retainment of knowledge. My students are always excited to come to my class and the first thing they say is "what do we get to do today?!".
