My Project

In my Pre-K classroom my young learners have such amazing imaginations that I would like to cultivate through Dramatic Play. A washer and dryer with ironing board center will encourage children to take on roles of responsibility while engaging with peers.

Children learn social skills such as conflict resolution and creative problem solving by interacting with peers, making choices while exploring self empowerment , act out feelings and real life scenarios, engage is language development and embracing self regulation.

This washer and dryer combo with ironing board will be an incredible addition to our Dramatic Play Area which affords children many benefits while working alongside peers. I am hoping to help inspire their imagination by getting these items that they are familiar with in their own home and the community that they live in. I am hoping that these items will help to keep my students intrigued in learning and continue to wanting to learn more.
