Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Art projects give children an opportunity to express their creativity, feelings and ideas. I truly believe Art is important to integrate in education. In my Kindergarten Dual Language classroom, we are multi-cultural, inclusive, and above all we are kind!

Art is a form of communication that can transcend across any language, culture, and ethnicity.

Our art supplies need to be restocked so that we can continue to be creative and express our individuality. In Kindergarten, I integrate some form of Art into all content areas and as a result, we go through a lot of art supplies. If we can get the supplies that we so desperately need such as markers, pencils, and more, I know my students will flourish even more than I thought possible.
