Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am an elementary teacher in a low-income, high-poverty school district. I have a class of wonderful third graders who are English language learners, students with IEPs, and general education students who come from various ethnic backgrounds.

This bulletin board will be a showcase in the classroom for the students to share their work and track their learning.

This will show the students that what they do is important and valued. The classroom does not have bulletin boards. These requested materials will allow me to hang up their work in the room. It will also help the room look more cozy and welcoming when students can see their work hanging around the room.
