My Students

My class of second graders are hungry for math and technology learning experiences.

My students are motivated learners who rise to any challenge I put before them.

They are an eager bunch of second graders. They work well together by taking individual expertise and helping classmates who may not know as much in a particular subject.

My Project

My students need six iPad minis with protective cases and keyboards. My students have been learning basic computer skills such as word processing and copying and pasting images. They are ready for learning Power Point and inserting videos they have taken using the six iPads. We have a wonderful math community in our class, and they continually push each other to challenge one another.

We do math stations and students are able to rotate to five different activities.

Your donation will add more options for me to offer the students. They will be motivated to learn while using the iPads to practice math facts, do other math programs, film segments for literacy and math topics, and take photos of activities we are doing in class.
