Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Currently, some of my students live in an area where the wifi isn’t strong and their parents are essential workers. They also don't have a lot of supplies to continue learning and reading in the summer since they live in low-income circumstances.

My Project

With this project, my students will be able to stay healthy. Giving them each their own supplies will allow them to not spread around germs and they will have their own supplies in their own containers inside their desks. They do not have to worry about not having supplies to learn and grow and use during class time. It is one less thing that the students and their families have to worry about during this uncertain time of learning and the change that will occur next year during school time while we try and get through this virus.
