iPads: Garageband for Classroom Music

Help me give my students iPads so we can work on recording our voices and making music projects they can share with their families.

My Project

These items will make a significant difference in my students learning, because they will be able to become music producers and recording artists. We will learn about how songs are made, breaking them down into their fundamental parts: vocals, drums, piano, etc. From there, students will be able to use the iPads in groups to create their own songs: starting with instrument loops, then creating their own lyrics and vocals to go along with the music they made.

iPads will make it so easy for students to become successful recording artists and songmakers, and they will be able to easily share their music with the school community and their families.

These students have a serious drive for learning and creative expression. They love making music, singing, playing instruments, etc. Thank you so much!
