Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My 5th grade bilingual students are loving and are always ready to learn. We strive to treat each other with respect, love and compassion. In my class room, students feel safe no matter what their background is. Unfortunately, these students come from a low income environment.

I want each and one of my students to be able to be successful without financial struggles holding them back.

I believe that every student deserves an equal opportunity to succeed. Seating up our kids for success is essential.

My Project

With these iPads my students will be able to use reading apps that will be engaging and fun! Reading sites such as Imagine Learning, MyOn, and Raz-Kids! My students will use these iPads everyday in partners or in centers. My students do not have technology to access these online applications at home.

Having these iPads in our classroom allows students to use technology in my classroom.

Not only will they use it for reading programs they will use it for research projects to further their knowledge. Using iPads will serve as a tool for my students to make learning fun!
