This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I teach at a public school in Orlando, Florida. I have 18 eager kindergarten learners in my class. Our staff, parents, and teachers share a strong sense of community where we all are working together to meet the needs of each student. My students are very curious, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about learning and I work to provide them with the very best opportunity to grow, learn, and love being at school.

I would like to ensure that my students have opportunities to interact with technology so they may be better prepared to engage with technology throughout their academic career.

My Project

I have been lucky enough to receive iPads via Donors Choose and I would like add to the project by adding a charging station and headphones.

I have 18 eager kindergarten learners in my class.

Our staff, parents, and teachers share a strong sense of community where we all are working together to meet the needs of each student. My students are very curious, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic about learning and I work to provide them with the very best opportunity to grow, learn, and love being at school.

I have a dream for my classroom that there will be a designated and organized space for students to practice their academic skills via iPad apps. This project will help to support that space.
