My Students

I teach 3rd grade and my students are thirsty for knowledge! My students are creative, excited, and inquisitive. They enjoy figuring things out on their own and hands-on learning.

My students are enthusiastic learners and love to take charge of their own learning.

My students consist of general education students and English language learners. Almost half of my students are English Language Learners, but that doesn’t stop them from trying their best all the time. My school is a Title I school, this means that most of my students come from low income families.

My Project

An iPad and Apple Pencil will give my students an opportunity to play fun math, science, and reading games. Due to COVID-19, we are seeing students in small groups and online. When students are in school, they can complete assignments on it while they are maintaining distance from others.

When we are learning from home, I can use the iPad to plan and deliver fun and engaging lessons to my amazing students!

When working from home, I will be able to use this iPad and Apple Pencil to show my students how to solve math problems, since the iPad screen works like a whiteboard or a document camera. My students would be very excited to see their teacher solving problems with them while they are solving it on their paper at home.
