My Students

Educational choices should be just as diverse as the population they serve. We need an iPad to offer diverse choices to our diverse classrooms.

I have the great privilege of teaching math and science to 50 amazing second-grade students.

Everyday they bounce into class ready to learn. My students all have different strengths and learning styles. I want to capitalize on their strengths by offering project-based learning opportunities.

My Project

In order to maximize the creative abilities of my second graders, we need an iPad mini to open up the world of digital projects. Please help up us get the technology to support the movies, photo albums, blogs, voice threads, blogs, stop-motion animation, among the many other project ideas that my students will dream up.

Right now our school district is fighting to find the money to keep the lights on in the classroom and the buses running.

They do not have the money for the technology that will help students develop critical thinking skills. With your help, we can get the iPad mini (and case) and help students become successful both today and in the future.
