it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are the future engineers, scientists, doctors, and inventors of their generation, and they are serious about learning all they can about math and science. We are very fortunate to live in a time where several libraries' worth of information are available in one tiny device.
An iPad would be used in many ways for me and my students to explore, learn, and practice math and science.
Most of the apps we use are free and provide immediate feedback to these eager young minds. There isn't one subject I teach that can't be enhanced with this fantastic device. We can access many different programs, record presentations, demonstrate and teach lessons, practice math facts, use virtual math manipulatives, and so much more.
