My Students

My students are self confident individuals who possess an incredible core value system. Although they all come from various parts of the world and share different customs, they come together to create an incredible learning experience in the classroom.

Most of my students come from low-income homes, but this doesn't hinder their ability to be extraordinary.

They are humble and yet they pose an immense drive to succeed. My students are eager to learn and experience new things, but they stay authentic to who they are.

My Project

My students conduct multiple group research projects throughout the year. Unfortunately, they do not have devices to complete some areas of their research in the classroom. Must of the time I have to waste an immense amount of paper printing articles, pictures and making copies of book pages. I am asking for four Lenovo Tablets. These devices would help my students find other resources in the classroom. They would open other levels of information that is missing from our daily classroom experience.

Please help open other worlds in our classroom.

With these tech devices, we would have access to other Spanish speaking countries, readings about other cultures, language exploration activities, educational videos and more. With the incredible amount of information we now have access to at our fingertips, why be limited to copies and printouts? Please help me expand my students' learning experiences and cut down on paper consumption.
