My Project

As a Reading Specialist, with four interventionalists on my team, we work to increase students' knowledge and confidence in reading via small group instruction. We work with grades K-5. In a small group setting, we're able to truly see our students' personalities shine. This kind of setting also allows us to identify individual needs and make attempts at closing identified gaps. Another one of my responsibilities is that of Building Test Coordinator. It’s my job to facilitate testing schedules, compliance, and student accommodations.

This project includes basic necessities for both roles.

Items like dry erase markers, colored paper, sticky notes, pencil sharpener, etc. Things we take for granted as teacher needs, for example, tape for hanging work examples and anchor charts. Also, antibacterial wipes for students' health since we shuffle through so many kids from mixed populations during small group instruction. Please help us run our day to day operations with these items!
