I have very diverse student population with the majority of students eligible for free or reduced lunch. My students are having a very difficult time during the pandemic keeping focused in class. Being able to monitor students questions on one monitor while displaying other pertinent information on the other screen would be an invaluable tool to create a more cohesive asynchronous environment
My Project
Students will be able to see and interact with others that are in the classroom from their virtual learning site. I will use the monitor to enhance students ability to have meaningful discussion's with peers and be able to see them face to face. This will also be a tool used to create a more cohesive class in which students can ask questions and learn more productively from a virtual location. I will be able to project students live in the classroom and have the students in the class work with them.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
