My Students

I teach a diverse range of students in a less traditional setting than what one imagines for public schools in Texas. My students are online learners who are looking for an educational structure that allows them to work at their own pace while still receiving the support they need to meet their diverse needs.

My Project

Students need creative and interactive lessons more now than ever. The desk pad, mouse/keyboard combo, usb cord, and adapter will all be used to give my students seamless lessons online.

My AP Language and AP Literature students will use strategies from the books to learn effective strategies to use for their literary analysis, rhetorical analysis, synthesis, and argumentative work.

The double tip markers will be used to give the students visually appealing and interactive notes that they will remember and recall from our live, online lessons. The quick guides for MLA and grammar will help my English 2 students with basic grammar and formatting in a quick and easy to access place.

The dry erase board and double pads give us multiple visual options to see skills being explained and modeled. The Taboo game will be used as an icebreaker to let the kids have a little fun. The Kleenex will allow me to teach without interruption. The light blocking computer glasses will be used to prevent headaches from too much screen time.
