My Project

I teach math at a Title one school. Students have challenging backgrounds, and some come to school for stability. They arrive at school wanting support, encouragement, and to feel safe. With that I love that they are also showing a desire to learn and grow.

Students are learning to navigate the Chromebook world, online lessons, and just keeping their laptop charged.

The iPad will allow me to interact with the students, share screens through the Promethean Board, let them show their work visually to the entire class, and share/post my notes and student notes to our online classroom for later reference.

With students using technology it is necessary to have a protective case and a stylus pen, one will protect the iPad and the other will allow them to demonstrate their knowledge through their work.
