This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In my seventh grade science class, students engage in hands-on learning through interactive notebooks, personalized resources where they record observations, take notes, and reflect on scientific concepts. To make these notebooks truly interactive and effective, we need essential supplies like composition books, colored printer paper, staplers, glue, and envelopes.

Composition books provide a structured space for students to organize their learning, while colored printer paper helps differentiate sections and create engaging foldables.

Glue and staplers allow students to attach important reference materials, diagrams, and graphic organizers. Envelopes glued to the inside covers serve as secure storage for small paper pieces, data charts, and manipulatives that students need to revisit in future lessons.

These supplies will ensure that every student, regardless of their home resources, can fully participate in this engaging, organized, and creative approach to learning science. With your support, we can make interactive notebooks a meaningful and lasting tool for student success!
