My Project

The wonderful scholars I am teaching this year are excited to be back in school. They were ready for classwork and homework within two days of being back in the building. What an amazing way to start the school year! I am requesting two Gift Cards for Educational Resources on Teachers Pay Teachers. With the gift cards, I can purchase teacher-created lessons and activities. These lessons and activities will help me create interactive notebooks so that my students can improve their phonics, comprehension, and math skills.

Interactive notebooks are excellent resources to help students own their learning.

They can keep track of notes, review previously-taught lessons, engage with and model new math skills, and support different reading comprehension strategies. Most of my students are visual learners. They will no doubt enjoy the hands-on activities from the lessons purchased with the Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards.
