Interactive Learning!

Help me give my students a chance to get hands-on learning, immerse themselves in a class set of novels and to challenge themselves with games such as: Think Fun Swish, and Super Sleuth! We also need headphones.

My Students

I teach at an elementary school at a partial Title One school. I have the opportunity to teach all the subjects as a sixth grade teacher. Our elementary school has a diverse population and most families have both parents working and support them in class but cannot offer help at home.

My students are eager to learn.

There is a buzz in the air at school! My students are happy to be at school learning in person!

My Project

Instead of just having my students look at a computer screen, or look at a book to see a picture of how we measure wind, air and pressure, they'll be able to use this weather station to gather, graph and analyze data. Students will be able to move into groups where they can challenge their learning in a different setting with their peers while playing Super Sleuth and other Math Games while I am using the math manipulatives in a smaller group to reach those needing more individualized help. Class sets of novels will offer students the chance to enjoy different genres that pique their interest!
