My Project

I am requesting a new MacBook to use during my speech/language therapy session by creating differentiated learning materials My students are special needs preschoolers who have a variety of diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, receptive language disorders, attention deficit disorder, difficulties with self-regulation, and expressive language disorders ( some are non speaking). A computer is required to create communication pictures/symbols, create communication boards, to track data and to monitor overall progress as well writing reports. Additionally, it will help me engage in professional development activities in order to assist my therapy session. My students all benefit from structured and direct instruction that is created specifically to meet their needs. A new computer will be incredibly effective tool for engaging my young learners, particularly those with developmental delays or other learning challenges. It will offer interactive and adaptive learning experiences that can be tailored to each child's unique needs.

Please help me with an effective way to engage students and create culturally relevant materials to support my students individualized learning.
