This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very eager to learn but are having a lot of difficulties in retaining information.

They all come from low income families, which makes it hard sometimes to do their work. Our school does the best it can but because of a lot of budget cuts they can not do as much as the students need.

My Project

My students are very eager to learn but are having a lot of difficulties in retaining information this donation will help them use different forms of the same lesson and by doing it in a fun way hopefully they will be able to retain some of the information that is being taught. They will use the computer and headphones to research and listen to online books to enhance their reading and comprehension skills. They will use the printer, ink and paper to print out lessons to cut and paste them in an interactive notebook to enhance their learning that I have started this year with my classes.

This project will enhance my students' life by making them better readers and better readers make better students.

It will give them a chance to succeed in everything they do. It will allow them to have an overall feeling of success and purpose.
