My Project

Our new literacy curriculum is content-rich and distinguished by robust and sequential knowledge building. It consists of original texts systematically and coherently ordered to build broad content knowledge in science, social studies, and the arts. This intentional approach to building knowledge invites students to engage with and make connections across topics not commonly taught in elementary literacy classrooms. To support this curriculum, some additional books would be greatly enjoyed by my third grade students. The topics I could use more books for are Ancient Rome, The Viking Age, and Astronomy.

Mrs. Wentworth will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by June 9.
