Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every school year when our nonfiction unit comes along all students get excited, engaged, and eager to learn more. I want to help build to this excitement by providing my students more hands-on materials that connect with what they are learning.

With teaching a diverse group of students needs hands-on materials, visuals, and real-life examples truly supports and builds understanding for ALL my students.

These materials selected I know would bring our nonfiction unit more to life and help increase knowledge and skills among my students. As a professional I am always seeking opportunities to increase engagement and motivation and the materials selected, I know, would provide this support and be extremely beneficial to my students learning.
