My Students

My students are loving and enthusiastic learners with a wide variety of backgrounds. They thrive on learning from one another's differences. The challenges we face together only make us work harder as one.

My students shine when their classroom is filled with laughter, love, respect, a sense of community and lots of music making.

Creating our own musical group together is just what we need to continue to build our school pride as well as their sense of self.

My Project

With more instruments and resources in the music classroom, students will be given the opportunity to play and make more music each time they visit my room!

The addition of music books featuring famous musicians of the past and present always inspire my students to become life-long musicians.

With these added resources, the music room will be an enhanced learning experience in which students will learn and practice music fundamentals and teamwork while creating music together.

They best way to learn music is by getting your hands on instruments and playing together in an ensemble. We become a team and a community when we make music together and nothing beats that school-wide comradery!
