This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Central High School, Bobcat Photographers, need your help! We have cameras, but no film, so I am asking for your help to provide my students with Instax film for our Photography classes. My students come from a diverse range of cultural, financial, and ability backgrounds, making for a rich and varied learning environment. By incorporating instant photography into my curriculum, I aim to not only enhance their creativity and critical thinking skills but also to bridge the gap between these diverse backgrounds.

Instant photography allows students to capture moments and stories in real-time, helping them to express themselves in a unique and personal way.

It also provides a hands-on experience that is especially beneficial for those with different learning abilities, offering them a creative outlet to showcase their perspectives.

With your support, we can ensure that all Photography students have equal access to this engaging learning tool, regardless of their financial constraints. Your contribution will not only empower students to explore their creativity but also foster a sense of community and understanding within our diverse student body.
