My Students

Learning about science was never as exciting as seeing it come to life! Using a tablet to help the students see the human body systems of life in all its stunning and spectacular glory is the first step in getting them excited about science.

Our school is an inner city school in a major urban area of California.

Students come from high risk areas. The classroom is where the playing field can be leveled. Students, with the donations given, can be given a chance to afford the same opportunities as other students in more affluent neighborhoods and homes. With a tablet, students will be able to access the various stimulating videos and resources available to them in the world of science.

My Project

Tablets are the future of technology and every student across this nation needs to be able to experience this technology. Tablets offer the power of bigger computers at a size that is much smaller and easier to handle. This tablet will enhance our Life Science curriculum by having students present research and presentations in a technologically enhanced and visually stunning format.

My students will be inspired to engage their learning by using this tablet to unravel the mysteries of the different systems of the human body.

It will be used to help every student in my classroom and will further help some of my English language learners whose English is very limited see the text that we are reading come to life. My students need your help to experience technology first hand with this tablet.
