Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Plese help us build our classroom library filled with diverse books! As an educator, I believe in the power of literature to inspire and educate young minds. However, our current selection of books lacks the diversity needed to reflect the rich tapestry of cultures and backgrounds that my students come from. By funding this project, you will help provide my students with a collection of storybooks that feature characters and stories from various cultures, backgrounds, and experiences. This will not only promote inclusivity and foster a sense of belonging in the classroom but also broaden their horizons, promote empathy, and teach them valuable life lessons.

Your generosity will have a lasting impact on the development of these young learners, helping them become more culturally aware and empathetic individuals.
