My Project

My students are excited about applying their creativity into our science projects. They enjoy hands-on activities and watching science come alive. The hands-on activities help to reinforce the content taught. In our unit on human impact on the earth students will explore ways in which they can help the environment. As a culminating activity students will utilize the Cricut Easy Press 2 and the heat transfer vinyl to make and print their designs.

Students will use the Cricut Easy Press 2 to print their very own Earth Day t-shirt that will focus on inspiring others to care for the environment!

They don't have to stop there!!! Their designs can also be put on a tote bag or backpack. They will be so excited by the endless possibilities. This could even set the stage for developing their entrepreneurial skills as they address the financial cost in making products.

I am sure my students are going to love wearing their finished product. This experience will instill confidence and build self-esteem for all my students.
