My Project

After discussing community service with my class, what it means to those who benefit from the service and what it means to those who serve others, my class has decided they would like to share inspirational and encouraging messages with all of the students and staff in the school.

My students see the value in lifting others up, and feel it would be beneficial to lift up the whole school.

My students will work together to write a short positive message in each card then place a bracelet with the card. These envelopes will then be distributed by the students to all of the students and staff in the school. After distributing these positive messages my students will have the opportunity to reflect on how spreading positivity and serving their community made them feel. This is an amazing lesson in kindness and service for them.
