My Project

As life changes, the needs of every intellectually delayed students needs also changes. The necessary tools needed for this project would help my students display the works they have created in my classroom, in their school. Having their works displayed around their school and community would increase their self esteem, confidence, and positivity throughout their low income community. My students would be able to become motivated by helping other students within their community build upon their established works and become mentors for the younger generation.

Our project would help our students and community build a positive mindset that is greatly needed in a high crime surrounding.

Our students would have a certain sanctuary, where their works are displayed for all to view. Knowing that they have a classroom that would foster their positive works would create a place for their home is away from home. Most of my students are not able to afford certain technologies needed to match their peers in an ever changing technological society.
