My diverse group of students come from a variety of backgrounds and all have unique needs and interests. They arrive at school up to an hour before the school day starts and need a little TLC and some fun!
Now that we are all back together my students need to develop social-emotional skills, increase their ability to make friends, communicate with peers their age, and develop the confidence to make new friends and express themselves.
Expressing themselves and learning how to manage their emotions and develop self-regulation skills through art will help them make friends and be more successful throughout their school day!
