My Project

These 'Let's Find Out' non-fiction magazines will help my Kindergarten students make real life connections to the science and social studies topics we will be learning about throughout the school year.

In addition to enhancing our science and social studies curriculum, these magazines will play a crucial role in bolstering students' reading skills.

Some of the topics they will focus on include plants, weather, community helpers, animal homes and habitats, etc. Our diverse classroom has a large number of international students and English Language learners. By incorporating engaging content and relevant topics, they will provide valuable opportunities for language development and reading comprehension.
