This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our preschool students love to play in our play kitchen area problem is the kitchen is old and plates & play food are limited. Four classes/85 students use our outdoor kitchen area. Our classes love the kitchen area! They love playing make believe cooking but play food is limited and we need at least one table.

Play kitchens are a great way to encourage little ones to play different roles and give them the freedom to explore imaginative scenarios in a fun way.

Using a play kitchen set helps children inspire their imagination. They will play in the role of a chef for the day, host a dinner party for friends or hold a cooking competition. Taking on different roles in the play kitchen, children can have the freedom to express their creativity and experiment in their way,

Social skills are important to nature as they allow children to communicate with others and build positive relationships. In the play kitchen, children communicate with each other about what they’re cooking, help one another collect utensils and work together to prepare the dish. All helping to positively impact children’s social skills while playing. Your donation to our project would benefit 80 students.
