My Project

In a room surrounded by technology and LEGO Mindstorm equipment, my students eagerly enter our classroom engulfed by engineering design. The classroom is designed for exploration through research and learning, via hands-on activities through LEGO Mindstorms. By the end of the year, I want my students to be at the forefront of STEM education.

We are committed to the academic development of our school community through high expectations and comprehensive support.

Each student is creative and skilled in his or her own way, which makes learning that much more special. My students love learning about new ways that support technological advancement through coding and engineering. The school is a welcoming environment that encourages higher-level learning while supporting the students at every step. The school houses over sixteen hundred middle school students, who come from different ethnic backgrounds. In order to strengthen their learning experience, I want my students to utilize all the possible resources I can provide for them.

These set of resources will ensure that we have the materials needed to create engaging learning resources and make them more visually appealing especially presentations and their work on bulletin boards. It will help provide our students with more engaging visuals to understand the activities and assignments we use to learn in class and if need be for students who are learning remotely while on quarantine. This set of colored ink will enrich our classroom by allowing us to print colorful resources to use across content areas and supplement lessons with more engaging visuals that can help us reach all students, especially those students who need extra visual support. In addition, it will enable me to create a variety of enrichment activities for my students to use in interactive centers.
