This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Like most teachers, I need ink for the printer in my classroom and laminating pouches. In the teacher world, printer and ink has the same value as bars of pure gold. The printer in my classroom is used for all the teachers in the grade.

A quality printer is both one of the most overlooked and relied upon items in a classroom (even behind laminators!).

In a given year, my printer at home may spit out thousands of pages, photos, or copies. A printer in the classroom will allow me to create tests, worksheets and more during school hours. It would also allow my students to create work (documents, images, etc.) on a computer during class time to display or to submit as assignments to me.
