Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My student athletes work hard every single day. They have intense workouts that require more than just yoga and stretching. They are in great need of a massage gun to help them stay injury free. This will also allow them to compete at a higher level, due to being stretched out properly. These kids work extremely hard and are very dedicated.

You're probably wondering why middle school athletes need a massage gun.

Well, a lot of them are playing sports year round and a lot of them are multi-sport athletes. Most of them will come to our practice after school and then will go to their club sports. If you think about it they do put their bodies through a lot. Since we are a middle school we don't really have access to athletic trainers like the high school. I was just thinking the massage gun could help. This massage gun will help them with their soreness and will help them feel better.
