This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This inflatable soccer field and basketball court will spark excitement for physical activity among my students. This will be a great incentive for students to participate and do their best to improve their soccer and basketball skills in order to finish our unit with this inflatable stadium!
I am always looking for new and innovative activities to keep my students excited about being physically active.
This inflatable stadium definitely checks all those boxes. 70 percent of my student demographic is low socioeconomic, which means a lot of them don't get to experience new and exciting things because their families can't afford it. Giving my students the chance to have those experiences and make those memories that hopefully spark their interest in staying active their entire lives is why I do what I do.
This inflatable stadium will impact almost 500 students and will continue for many years to come.
