This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our school is dedicated to developing future leaders in Math, Science and Technology by providing a world-class education that prepares students for college and higher learning. A progressive curriculum consisting of supplemental activities with high expectations is offered in a personalized, caring and student centered environment. The student demographics are Asian: 5%, Black: 17%, Hispanic: 76%, White: 0%. Of our 669 students 17% are English Language Learners and 23% are Special Needs Students

Our school strives provide an academically rigorous education that has many enriched and extended intellectual learning experiences inside and outside the school building; Our students will develop the qualities necessary to fulfill their future roles as leaders in Math, Science and Technology.

Mott Hall V wants students to fulfill their academic potential by becoming:

My Project

We try to offer students a 21st century education. That means that they are often assigned work on google classroom which may include watching videos. Students then work at completing the task at their own pace, sometime watching videos more than once and finding additional videos to support and assure their understanding.

Have you ever heard 30 computers playing sound at the same time?

Well, it's very distracting! Help me provide students the opportunity to work at their own pace and learn in a multi-media world. The classroom set of headphones will help them have individualized sound.
