This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With the on going increase of students with ADHD and sensory needs in the regular classroom is so difficult for them to learn in an environment that does not address their needs for constant movement and brain stimuli while working independently and in groups. The wobble stools, feet straps, and soft seats can offer that flexible seat option so these students can move, rock, and meet their needs while learning without interrupting instruction which is a great benefit for them and the rest of the class as well. Moreover, every student can benefit from flexible seating within the classroom creating an environments that is inviting to learning. I wish I could afford this project and don’t need help, but I need your help! Please, help me provide my students with a flexible seating alternative that will benefit them as well provide a non restrictive environment for all students to learn.
