My Students

Help our students to improve their fitness levels! We are stressing the importance of being knowledgeable in strength and cardiovascular training.

Our students are the best!

They are extremely hard working and well behaved. Our students really enjoy team sports but are currently being introduced to self directed fitness activities they can participate in outside of school. Help our students to improve their personal fitness levels!

My Project

We are requesting all fitness equipment to improve our fitness center and to encourage students to participate in various strength and cardiovascular training! Students will use the TRX suspension kit, dumbbells, kettle-bells and mats for Yoga. Our students will be so happy!

This project will help our students to improve their personal fitness levels and be introduced to various strength and cardiovascular training exercises!

Students will be able to use everything they do in school on their own and help them to become life long active healthy people!
