My Project

My reading and math intervention students enjoy working towards classroom incentives. At the end of each week, the students who have completed their assignments while working diligently get to pick from the prize jars. Incentives for students can be an effective way to motivate them, promote positive behavior, and encourage academic achievement. In my classroom, you will hear children cheering on their peers when they complete their work or raise their hands to participate. Having something to work towards really helps them stay motivated. These candy treats, fun pencils, and other small prizes create big results!
