My Project
Classroom rewards serve many purposes in the classroom. They can be a great way to boost a student's self-esteem, encourage positive behavior, and help motivate students. With everything going on currently, students need something that will excite them. Classroom rewards and incentives are just the thing! These rewards and incentives will provide deserving students with reinforcement for good behavior and motivation in the classroom. I believe that encouraging students to make good choices includes providing rewards they can enjoy and utilize in the classroom in addition to other rewards and verbal acknowledgement. The incentives and prizes will allow students to be recognized among their peers for displaying positive behavior. The vinyl will be used to customize the drawstring backpacks for students. My students love CHARMSSS.These will be extremely beneficial for some students that are not always recognized for their behaviors and encourage students to strive harder to have positive behaviors. Sometimes we have to start with external rewards to encourage especially older students like 4th graders, to make better choices and build motivation/excitement about the school day.
Students earn incentives based on behavior, participation, following classroom procedures, completing required tasks, and supporting each other.
My students are growing and learning every day. My students are so kind and thoughtful. They love to earn rewards for good behavior, improving on assessments, and participating in class. I know my students will work hard to earn these rewards and incentives.
